Driving Company Vehicles (PL16)

Hazards	Instructions to minimise risk
Road traffic accident	Only licensed and authorised staff shall drive company vehicles. The vehicle shall not be overloaded. Seat belts shall be worn at all times. Any defects found in the vehicle shall be reported immediately. If the defects are of a serious nature, then the vehicle will not be driven until rectified. Tyre pressures, oil and coolant levels will be checked weekly or more often if necessary on long journeys.
