Exposure of staff to cuts from glass
| Staff shall wear eye protection and gloves when handling lamps and tubes. Staff shall not change lamps and tubes unless the lighting fitting has been isolated.

| Dropping of lamps or tubes on people below | Staff shall ensure the lamps and tubes are secure from falling. Staff shall ensure that no people are below before work commences.

| Falling | Staff will ensure they are working safely and do not need to stretch out from ladders, steps and platforms etc to carry out their work. |
